We immediately fell in love with this enchanting holiday villa. This recently renovated holiday home is located on 40,000m2 of private grounds in the beautiful border area of the Lot and the Dordogne. A warm welcome from the friendly owners, the beautiful location, and the heated swimming pool form the basic ingredients of a wonderful holiday in the Dordogne.
The rustic exposed stone walls ('pierre aparente') give the holiday home a cosy country feel. Horse owners can even bring their own horse. Because the house is built against a hillside, the swimming pool side of the property has two levels, whilst the forest side of the property has three floors for you to enjoy. The whole ground floor has underfloor heating, which also provides cooling in the summer so that you always have a very comfortable temperature in the house. Food can be served under the pergola next to the kitchen. You can also enjoy French delicacies on one of the delightful terraces. A large sun terrace, with parasols, surrounds the swimming pool so that you can fully relax.
This large estate is surrounded by nature, whilst not being completely isolated. The beautiful village of Salviac is nearby. The friendly Belgian owners live in a separate house. They guarantee your complete privacy and will happily provide tips for enjoyable outings.

- Are you staying for two weeks or more? Each Saturday you will receive clean linen and towels.
- Tourist tax: € 28 per week. This will be deducted from the deposit.

We've enjoyed these past two weeks in this little paradise. What a lovely garden and pool and fine house you have. Great to have a cool bedroom on the hot days. Highlight was the great festival in Salviac. We enjoyed the wine, the delicious food and the great music. The boys had an unforgettable evening! Many thanks for the warm welcome, nice conversations and the beautiful walks with Rocky and Lex. Time went too fast and all of us have trouble going again. It is good to see that you maintain the garden, the pool and the house with a lot of love and attention. We will be happy to come back, so we hope to see you again!

Thank you for a simply brilliant week at your home. Our time here flew by! The pool is perfect as is your beautiful home. Thank you also for allowing us to borrow Rocky for Freya, she was sad to leave him, but what a wonderful treat.
Our visits to Rocamadour and Sarlat were a must see and the Sunday morning market in Cazals was good fun! Ben, Freya, Ayrton and I agree that this is our favorite villa by far. We would love to come back next year.

What a wonderful week we've had here. A heavenly place where we could quietly enjoy a whole day, thanks to the pool and Rocky. Our girls loved it and will probably talk about it many times. Thanks for the good care, the pony rides and the availability of this wonderful place that you have together. We wish you good luck for the future and maybe we'll see you soon.
Thank you very much for the hospitality and the beautiful days we have had here. The surroundings, your house, the pool, the weather, everything was fine. The highlight of our holiday was our visit to Chateau de Milandes. The day ended with a splash in the lovely water of the pool. We slept, ate, swam and walked around in the area. We go home with a very happy feeling.

This property lies in the Périgord Noir; with Sarlat as its shining centre. It is a beatiful area with many tourist attractions. We have visited most of the Dordogne tips together with our children.
