This completely renovated and traditional French country house is a wonderfully spacious and light holiday home, with a large private swimming pool, that is suitable for up to 8 people. The holiday home is located in a quiet area and offers lots of privacy. Yet the nearby village is just a few minutes away to fulfil your daily shopping needs.
Puy Martin is beautifully situated on a quiet country road. The property is accessible through a lockable gate and has space to easily park several cars. This ‘maison de maître’ (manor house) has large windows that ensure that there is plenty of light. The holiday home has been completely renovated and fitted with a modern kitchen, new bathrooms, and bright bedrooms with comfortable Auping beds.
The living room has French doors leading to the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. This is a wonderful place where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day as you watch the sun come up. The kitchen also has French doors that open to access both the front and rear of the villa. This allows you to easily serve food outdoors whenever you like. A large, old oak tree provides shade for the front of the house, where you can have a nice meal at the long dining table and experience that true French feeling!
The children can enjoy the table tennis table and the trampoline on this side of the house. And with the boules set, the basketball net, and the badminton net and rackets, there's plenty of fun for the whole family. There is a large heated swimming pool at the rear of the house. This is surrounded by a sun terrace with lounge chairs and parasols, and provides an ideal place to completely relax.

And all that while just a few minutes’ drive from the bakery, supermarket and restaurants.

We have already walked a lot in the area. Tonight we had bunnies and a roe deer in the garden. The swimming pool is used intensively. We are all rather busy bees and have books, watercolours and handicrafts with us. So the three terrace areas are lovely to work on... We love it here!
