With a spacious garden and breathtaking views over the valley, this holiday villa is in one of the most beautiful spots in the Dordogne. The holiday home is in the medieval village of Domme, perched on a rocky plateau. It is in a quiet part of the village, within walking distance of the bakery, charming shops, the weekly market and several restaurants and bars. The impressive cave is also within easy walking distance. The property has its own large parking area for several cars, which is rare in Domme during the high season.
The charming bastide town of Domme dates back to 1281 and has much to offer. It is listed as one of the "plus beaux villages de France". Its spectacular location offers stunning views over the Dordogne valley. Nearby are Sarlat, la Roque-Gageac and Beynac, as well as many Dordogne sights. Bergerac airport is also less than an hour away.
Your detached holiday home is built against a hill on a whopping 2600m2 of fenced land. Due to the sloping nature of the long garden, the views are truly magnificent - both from your sun lounger by the private heated swimming pool as well as from the covered terrace and various spots in the rest of the garden you can see the rolling countryside and extensive woodland.
With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and ample private parking, the house can accommodate up to eight adults. But even if there are just two of you, it is a comfortable holiday home thanks to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. French doors lead out onto the covered terrace with dining area and charcoal barbecue, where you can enjoy the beautiful views while enjoying a meal together. The cottage has recently been renovated. On holiday you can walk through the narrow streets, light a candle in the quiet church, have a coffee on one of the terraces or go to the market on Thursday mornings. This is what holidays are all about! At the same time, you can feel the rich history of where you are.

- Bookings run during high season from Wednesday 5:00pm to Wednesday 10:00am
- Bookings include gas, water, bedlinen and towels
- Bookings exclude: pool towels
- Weekly pool servicing
- Final cleaning: € 150 (mandatory)
- Tourist tax: € 28 per week. This will be deducted from the security deposit.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following charges shall apply:
Cancellation done: over 42 days prior: 30% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 29-42 days inclusive prior: 50% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 0-28 days inclusive prior: 100% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
