Domaine Rubis is located in the Golden Triangle of the Périgord Noir, 6 kilometres from Sarlat-la-Canéda: A medieval town full of art and history, it is an excellent destination for food lovers and gourmets. The luxurious setting of Domaine Rubis will also seduce lovers of nature and tranquillity: The property is surrounded by 8 hectares of wooded park with breathtaking panoramic views over the Dordogne valley and the Bastide town of Domme. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy the French garden with its pond and three beautiful fountains, which are beautifully illuminated at night.
Domaine Rubis consists of the main house, a separate guest house, and a pool house. All buildings were completely renovated in 2022 and the entire property was awarded 5 stars the following year. The Manor is a stylishly restored mansion with every imaginable comfort and luxury. The impressive lighting and cast-iron balustrade give the entrance hall an exclusive and elegant feel. Natural colours and rich materials enhance the serene feel of the interior. This spacious holiday villa sleeps 12 and covers an area of 310m². Rooms include six bedrooms, library/TV room, living room, billiard room, open plan kitchen and dining room. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and individual silent air conditioning.
There is a separate, fully equipped, 55 sqm guest house that can accommodate an additional 2 people. This holiday villa is also packed with all the comforts and tranquillity expected by the most discerning guest. The luxurious holiday home has one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a living room with an open plan kitchen. Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and private parking are also available.
The pool house, next to the heated saltwater pool (5 x 15 m), is also part of the private property. It consists of a summer kitchen with garden lounge, two cloakrooms and a separate toilet. There is also a petanque court and a swing. The 125m² pool terrace has comfortable sun loungers for total relaxation. The extensive and exclusive services on the property also include catering, massages and housekeeping.

Located in the woods with a long private driveway with security on 8 ha of private land. The beautiful, classically landscaped garden is great for taking long walks and enjoying the stunning views of, among others, Domme.
Heated saltwater pool (28C) of 15 x 5 m with varying depths (70cm, 120cm 170cm). The pool is secured with lockable gate with child lock, a roller cover and an alarm. There are 14 sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Pool house with changing room, sunshade and outdoor kitchen. The pool house is equipped with a videophone, connected to the house and the guest house. A separate toilet is available as well as a variety of pool games.
Behind the pool in the shade of the trees is the petanque court (4 x 15 m) with a seating area.

Conditions
- Refundable security deposit: € 3000
- Arrival and departure are possible any day of the week (arrival from 5pm, departure no later than 10am). Minimum of 7 days in high season.
- Outside the high season, it is possible to rent the domain per night: €1373 per night (minimum 3 nights).
- Bookings include gas, electricity, water, bedlinen and towels (including pool towels)ad
- Heated pool from May to September.
- If you book 2 weeks or more: bed linen, towels and pool towels will be changed and a small cleaning is scheduled after the first week.
- The following products are provided on arrival: organic products in each bathroom, toilet paper, rubbish bags.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following charges shall apply:
Cancellation done: over 42 days prior: 30% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)

Cancellation done: 0-28 days inclusive prior: 100% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
