This romantic estate is a wonderful place where you can really recover from the busy daily life. The long entranceway flanked by ancient walnut trees, its garden and the overall idyllic atmosphere put you in a holiday mood straight away. Here you have all the privacy and freedom you need to experience France at its best!
Gapard is perfectly located boardering a sleepy French village in the Dordogne. It lies close to Périgueux and Bergerac. Bordeaux is within range as well. This splendid holiday location is a veritable oasis of peace and quiet where you can enjoy a wealth of natural beauty and splendid, long-ranging views.
The estate comprises three holiday homes. They accommodate 12, 6 and 6 guests. You rent all three houses creating space for a maximum of 24 guests. Each holiday home offers a beautifully large kitchen/diner and french doors to the terraces. There is a fourth house on the estate where the friendly owner sometimes stays. Of course, your privacy is respected and they can always provide you with good tips of the area.

The garden has several shaded areas and a choice of terraces where you will always find the ideal spot to read a good book, just relax or get together for a convivial meal with a glass of wine. The kitchen doors open outwards to make serving easy. By now the kids will have discovered the large playing field, where they can play football, badminton or jump on the trampoline to their heart's content. The large heated swimming pool is fenced off and has a sun terrace, outdoor shower and covered terrace.

Gapard is a beautiful estate, with a fine villa for a holiday with a large family or several families. The beautiful garden and swimming pool with its lovely view are a true delight. The nice terraces, benches on the estate and play equipment for children make it a real holiday for everyone. The surroundings are quiet, although you have to drive a bit further to find activities or places of interest. We had a fantastic holiday with three families and will definitely come back.
