This luxury holiday home is highly recommended as a children's paradise in the heart of the Dordogne! A large heated swimming pool and an extensive children's playground provide entertainment for the entire family. This holiday home is ideally situated near Thiviers and the medieval Jumilhac le Grand.
Along a small road, you will pass a number of houses that look as if time has stood still. The interior of the recently built holiday home 'La Périgourdine' is finished using period colours and an eye for detail. The authentic materials, such as the oak doors and beautiful tiles, breathe life into the house that will immediately make you feel at home. In the particularly well-equipped kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content. Afterwards enjoy all the delicacies from the French kitchen on one of the terraces that you can find around the house.
We see this holiday home as the perfect place for families, nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, and foodies. The surroundings with their beautiful landscape, rivers, caves, castles and other attractions of the Dordogne offer all the ingredients for a successful holiday.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following charges shall apply:
Cancellation done: over 42 days prior: 30% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 29-42 days inclusive prior: 50% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)

We can recommend this property to everyone because of the peace and quiet, the wonderful swimming pool (temperature super), the covered terrace, the well-kept garden... The house itself is cosy and in order. If we go back to the region on holiday we book this house again!
