Satisfaction score 2020

After their stay, all renters receive a request from us to complete a survey with 26 questions. The answers will be given on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 is very bad, and 5 is excellent. Our aim is to achieve a minimum of 4 for all items. We measure the satisfaction with the holiday home but also the satisfaction with us as a company.

Our website and service

Conclusion: again an exceptionally high score this year
We thought that the score of 2019 could not be improved, but both the satisfaction with the holiday homes and the satisfaction with our website and services has increased. Also this year the beautiful weather helped with a long and beautiful season, despite all the Corona hassle.

Scores of the holiday homes
Once again, the amount of space in the houses scored the highest with an impressive 4.79. Swimming pools came in second with 4.53.
The homeowners have clearly invested in safety, living rooms, kitchens and furnishings. These showed the biggest improvements compared to last year.

Scores of our website and our response
As in previous years, we scored highest on speed and correctness of our response, especially this year with all Corona related challenges. We are therefore very pleased that our approach has not gone unnoticed.
The main improvements in 2020 compared to 2019 are the correctness of the photos, the correctness of the itineraries and the layout of our website.

Happy renters
We are very proud that in 2020 we will be recommended to family and friends by no less than 98% of the respondents.
