An ideal holiday home with a private swimming pool for a family with (young) children in the Périgord Noir! You will be in a green setting, just 20 minutes’ drive from the centre of Bergerac and the town of Le Bugue with its many activities and attractions.
The charming Cap Cleo holiday home is relatively new and offers everything you need for a relaxing family holiday in the Dordogne. The house is modernly furnished with beautiful wooden floors that give the house a warm feel. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor and have patio doors with wooden shutters. This allows you to step out into the garden from your bed whilst keeping the rooms pleasantly cool and dark. The welcoming kitchen/diner also has French doors leading directly to the outside. The adjoining terrace has a lovely dining table, comfortable chairs and a large parasol. Here you can enjoy the views over the garden and pool and of course relax together while cooking on the Ofyr or BBQ. The garden is completely fenced in so small children can play safely while parents relax.
The heated pool is popular with everyone, whether you are taking a few laps in the morning sun or the children are splashing around in the water. The sunny terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols invites you to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. The pool house with its covered terrace completes the picture!

These bedrooms share a nice bathroom with sink, bathtub, shower and toilet.
The bedrooms have good beds with nice linens.

This property lies in the Périgord Pourpre (purple); named after the vineyards around Bergerac. It has some exceptional attractions such as the old bastide towns. We have visited most of the Dordogne tips together with our children.
