A heated swimming pool, the covered outdoor kitchen, and the many opportunities for sport and relaxation, ensure that you'll have a wonderful holiday in the Dordogne and want for nothing.
To rent this holiday home is to breathe in the original atmosphere of the country house, with its beautiful open fires, the wonderful beamed ceilings and the stylishly appointed lounge and dining room. The modern, sleek style of the bedrooms and bathrooms creates a harmonious whole. While the two bedrooms in the guest house have a simpler decor.
The 2.5 hectare garden has a tennis/basketball court and a football pitch. It’s a true paradise for children and parents who love sports. The impressive swimming pool is deep enough to dive in and guarantees lots of swimming pleasure. The spacious terrace with its covered outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and seating area, offers a place where the entire family can come together to eat, drink, read a good book, and relax. The terrace roof means that you can enjoy the magnificent view over the valley from the shade.
The holiday home is close to the large rivers of the Dordogne and the Vézère, where all the highlights of the Dordogne region can be found. We had a fantastic week at La Fournerie. Tennis, basketball, football, swimming... The children and we had a great week. The dining table by the pool was perfect for breakfast in the morning with a beautiful view and the covered terrace with outdoor kitchen was ideal for sitting outside for a long time.
