Your villa is located near the village of Saint-Michel-de-Villadeix, surrounded by nature and green forests as far as the eye can see. This property with a walled courtyard dates from 1651 and originally served as a farm for the neighbouring château. Nowadays it is privately owned and hidden amongst the trees. You’ll reach your holiday retreat via the attractive driveway. This farmhouse has been beautifully renovated and transformed into a holiday villa using exclusive materials while still preserving the rural atmosphere. The materials used and the high quality finishings ensure a luxurious yet authentic look. The holiday villa, tastefully decorated with new furniture and artworks, is equipped with every comfort and offers complete privacy, as does the guesthouse.
This beautiful, large holiday home is equipped with a sleek kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, yet those who prefer the great outdoors will also be impressed by the BBQ area, the covered terrace with dining facilities and heaters and a comfortable lounge set. You will always find the ideal place to read a good book, eat together, drink a glass of wine, or to just relax both inside and outdoors. Your private infinity pool and sun terrace complete the picture.
You will find plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, golfing and horse riding In the local area. You can also go canoeing or kayaking along the Dordogne with the children, visit one of the many markets, or discover the many cultural treasures of the region such as castles, fortified towns, caves and prehistoric sites.

We have rented La Pissarotte with our children and grandchildren. Perfect! Decorated with great taste: a small paradise, where everyone could indulge themselves in the pool. Perfect for a week of rest, away from the tourist crowds.

This property lies in the Périgord Pourpre (purple); named after the vineyards around Bergerac. It has some exceptional attractions such as the old bastide towns. We have visited most of the Dordogne tips together with our children.
