Drive past a walnut grove to reach your holiday estate. The first features to catch your eye are the ancient, beautifully restored stone ramparts. Its historic gun holes have been preserved as a reminder of times gone by. The owner has refurbished and extended this holiday property with the use of top-quality materials. He has laid a marble floor with under floor heating. The kitchen worktop is also made from (white) marble.
The location of this villa, set amidst beautiful nature, is truly unique. The compact interior makes it easy to enjoy your time together in complete privacy. The wooden beams, the walls and floors crafted in stone and the cosy wood burner create an atmosphere of togetherness. Join your friends and family to prepare a chilled-out meal in the open kitchen with its two sets of patio doors. On one side you will find a covered outdoor terrace with a long dining table that comfortably seats ten guests. Perfect for enjoying the delicious meals prepared in this large kitchen. On the other side there is the private outdoor pool with its own terrace where you can relax and watch time go by.
This holiday villa is located in the sleepy community of Loubéjac, only one hour’s drive away from Bergerac Airport. The ideal starting point for exploring the southern Dordogne and the Périgord area. Visit one of the many caves with their prehistoric wall paintings and be enchanted by the charm of the medieval ‘bastides’, the fortified villages of this region. This area is dotted with small lakes and rivers that are just begging to be explored. Go for a swim, try your hand at fishing or have a picnic on the riverbank.

- Pool heated from May to September (an additional charge of € 100/week applies in April and October). Heating only in good weather.

- Are you staying for two weeks or more? Each Saturday you will receive clean linen and towels.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following charges shall apply:
Cancellation done: over 42 days prior: 30% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 29-42 days inclusive prior: 50% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 0-28 days inclusive prior: 100% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)

Le Tournier is a lovely property in a very quiet and private location with a lovely garden and pool and spectacular views. The house is very well equipped and has a lovely open plan kitchen, diner, lounge. Bedrooms are comfortable and the shower rooms are of very high quality. We would like to stay again.

Very nice house. Beautiful location and super nice pool. Well maintained and fully equipped. The covered terrace is also ideal when it's hot or when it rains. In terms of occupancy, I would recommend up to 6 adults and possibly 2 children for the room with bunk beds. The house is somewhat remote at the end of a private road so you have a lot of privacy. We loved it but for restaurants etc you have to take the car. Just too far to do that on the bike.
