Located near the medieval city of Brantôme, this classic cottage is set within 19 hectares of private grounds hedged by natural woodland. The property is unique in that all rooms are located on one, easily accessible level. Recent restoration has preserved the traditional period features such as beautiful beamed ceilings and stone fireplace while adding the luxury and convenience of modern facilities.
The outdoor terrace at the rear of the house provides a view of the swimming pool and large garden. A lawn connects the holiday home with the heated swimming pool and sun terrace. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view over a rolling pasture and woods that belong to the property. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while the children have fun on the swing and with the climbing rope. In the large outdoor barn, next to the house, there’s a table tennis table. At the front of the house is a second terrace, where you can relax quietly without being disturbed.
Just outside Brantôme and close to the medieval town of Bourdeilles, you couldn’t wish for a better located holiday home. The surroundings are characterised by rolling green landscapes, rock formations, rivers and streams, and, of course, an abundance of castles and old villages. Visit the hustle and bustle and tourist attractions, go shopping in Perigueux and enjoy the many outdoor cafes and restaurants. Then relax in your holiday home and enjoy the quiet and the beautiful swimming pool.
