Le Prunier

A number of winding roads lead you to your destination, through fields and small hamlets, until the impressive gîte comes into view at the end of a long, straight country road. Even from a distance, you can see that the house has been carefully restored with great care, once inside, this feeling is confirmed. This is a luxurious holiday home, featuring high-quality materials and attractive décor in every room. The house is spread across two floors, with the living room, dining area and kitchen sharing the same bright open space while preserving their individual atmosphere. The sitting area has a cosy wood-burning stove and a patio door leading to a raised seating area alongside the house. The patio doors in the kitchen also provide direct access outside. The top floor can be reached from the kitchen via an open staircase. Here, you will find two of the three bedrooms, which share a modern bathroom. The master bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom. All rooms exude a peaceful atmosphere thanks to their warm colours, original features, such as wooden beams, and of course, the breath-taking view over the vast natural landscape!

At the back of the property, you will find a cosy covered dining area with a barbecue and lounge set for making the most of the long summer days. Le Prunier is located about a 5-minute drive from Lusignac, a pretty village with a small restaurant. The market village of Verteillac is around ten minutes’ drive away and the surrounding countryside is well worth exploring.
