The two holiday homes are situated in a wooded area, along a footpath on the edge of the forest. An oasis of peace disturbed only by the chirping of birds. Yet you are only a stone's throw from the Château de Biron and close to the medieval towns of Monpazier and Villeréal. In Biron and its surroundings, various summer activities are organised for young and old, including night markets, treasure hunts and theatrical visits to the Château. In other words, these holiday homes guarantee a wonderful stay in the South of the Dordogne!
Both holiday homes are beautifully furnished and decorated in a rustic style. They are situated in such a way that you can enjoy each other's company, while at the same time having complete privacy. The large "Maison de Biron" can accommodate 9 people and the adjacent "Gite de Biron" sleeps 4. This makes it ideal for a holiday with several families, a large family or a group of friends as they can accommodate up to 13 people in total.

Gite de Biron - 4 people
This small, cosy house is located next to Maison de Biron. If desired, you will have complete privacy. The pools do not overlook each other and your garden is separate.Ground floor

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following charges shall apply:
Cancellation done: over 42 days prior: 30% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 29-42 days inclusive prior: 50% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done: 0-28 days inclusive prior: 100% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)

This property lies in the Périgord Noir; with Sarlat as its shining centre. It is a beatiful area with many tourist attractions. We have visited most of the Dordogne tips together with our children.
