The holiday home is carefully renovated and offers a tasteful blend of contemporary design and comfort in combination with authentic details. The high-quality interior is completely new and topped with a touch of glamour. This is especially evident in the spacious living room that is equipped with various media equipment. Adjacent you will find the cosy dining room with lounge area and a beautiful modern kitchen where you can prepare your meals together for the entire family thanks to the extensive luxury amenities.
Just like the rooms on the ground floor, the bedrooms on the first floor are also bright and spacious. Throughout the holiday home you can feel the atmosphere of the past due to its authentic, beautifully renovated stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings.
Through the French doors in the kitchen you enter the terrace with dining facilities. A lovely place to enjoy privacy and the outdoor environment. You have a view of the heated swimming pool with loungers where you can relax during the warm summer months, while the children have a great time. If you prefer a cosy and secluded spot, you can make use of a beautiful covered terrace with lounge set. Thanks to the well-designed lighting of the terrace and the swimming pool you can also enjoy the warm, summery evenings into the early hours. The fenced garden is beautifully maintained and offers children all the room they need to play freely.
Take time to experience the hospitality of the region and its beautiful and unspoilt landscape. Visit the nearby medieval towns with their lovely squares and churches or the capital of the Dordogne, Périgueux. Bedroom 1: spacious bedroom with 1x double bed (1.80 x 2.00).Separate bathroom with double sink, bath, shower and toilet.
In the hallway is a small part with everything for the baby: a changing table, cot and bath. If desired, the cot can be placed in one of the bedrooms.
Bedroom 2: very spacious children's bedroom with 3 pull-out beds, so 3 double beds can be made (the beds are 0.90 x 2.00).
Bedroom 3: 1x double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with ensuite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Private driveway with parking and 'roundabout' to easily unload luggage and groceries at the front door.Heated and fenced pool of 10 x 6 m (from the house you have a view of the pool, the pictures do not show this yet).

Chez Grelon is a holiday home with everything. It has a beautiful garden, a nice fenced pool, and a beautiful house. In the house, everything you can think of is there, from kitchen appliances, board games, pool accessories, bbq case... as well as a nice arrival gift. The service is excellent. Very nice, clean and spacious house. There was absolute privacy here! The staff was also very nice and helpful. When we were there the weather was moderate. The "pool guy" therefore offered to increase the temperature of the pool from 27 to 31 degrees. That was a world of difference so we kept using the pool! We had forgotten medicine in the fridge and were called so we could collect it. We also got all sorts of useful tips about food etc. Fantastic! Despite the privacy, it was easy to reach. We have seen many houses over the years and this one certainly stood out in a positive way. Highly recommended!
