The property is surrounded by 13,000m2 of private meadow and pine forest, guaranteeing privacy and a sense of open space. You'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, yet the Dordogne river and all the large attractions and charming towns are nearby.
Your holiday villa can accommodate 15 people and is made up of the luxurious and atmospheric holiday home and the basement guest apartment. It offers a contemporary comfort that respects the charming ambience of the surroundings. The villa is truly embraced by nature; it’s a place where deer and foxes can roam freely. By the house and pool, there's a 400m2 terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the surroundings. You can also keep an eye on the children as they play in the gated play area. With the various seating areas, garden furniture and sun loungers, you're guaranteed to always find the perfect place to relax while the children enjoy themselves.
Use the extensive barbecue and cooking facilities of the villa and enjoy the tastiest French produce. The kitchen has French doors opening onto the terrace and is equipped with every appliance and convenience. You have a Borretti gas stove (6 burners) and an oven large enough to cook four pizzas at the same time. If you love cooking and baking, then this is certainly your dream kitchen.
In the basement you'll find the cosy bar with an open fireplace and a sound system. A fantastic place for adults to gather, whilst the children watch a film in the living room above or entertain themselves with the games, the many toys or the dartboard. The children have also been considered when it comes to the outdoor facilities. There's a place to play boules , a trampoline, a sandpit. and play equipment. Spacious entry with separate toilet .Well equipped kitchen with boretti gas cooker (6), big oven, 2 fridge freezers and lots of dishes and cutlery. It has French doors to the terrace to make serving easy.

This beautiful villa was the perfect place to be to experience the Dordogne region. We loved it - well equipped with the pool which we used every day. Family dinners outside on the terrace overlooking the landscape was also a highlight of our trip. Thank you and thanks for the wine and hospitality.

Tomorrow morning will see the end of two great holiday weeks. We have been looking forward to it for a year with our grandchildren and children. We had a great time.
