Here you can enjoy the casual French feeling in a beautiful, cared for, and thoughtfully renovated farmhouse. The beautiful rooms, in a farming setting, give you that warm ‘at home’ feeling. This is strengthened by the view of your own private swimming pool and the hilly landscape of the Périgord Vert.
The rural French exterior is a nice contrast to the perfectly finished and luxurious interior of this former farmhouse. The owners have used beautiful and authentic materials for the conversion to a holiday home so that the house has retained its charm. The property now has three impressive bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Both the kitchen and the living room have wood burning stoves which make them cosy and comfortable.
There are various covered areas next to the house. Amongst these is a barn where there’s a table tennis table and where you can park cars in the shade. A second covered area is used to lounge and to enjoy barbeques in the evening.
La Ferme is located on its own private tarmac road on a large estate of 130 hectares. The view is stunning and there is a brook flowing at the bottom of the valley. Not far from the house, there is a village where bakers, butchers, and supermarkets are available for your daily shopping needs. La Ferme is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool and nature.
