Inside your holiday home the historic atmosphere is also present and is reflected in the wooden beam ceiling, the stone walls and the old fireplace with wood burner. The house is built against a hill and has three floors with as many bedrooms, two of which are adjoining and located on the top floor. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance and a private bathroom, ideal for grandparents or a couple of friends.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all comforts, including a large dining table where you can eat with the whole family or play a game.

The spacious, slightly sloping garden with lawn invites you to relax, either in the sun, or in the shade under one of the beautiful old trees, while the children have fun in the wonderful, private pool.

The surrounding area of this holiday home is also absolutely gorgeous! It is ideally located in the Périgord Noir, with the town of Sarlat as its shining centre. This area has many sights and tourist attractions which are all close by and really worth a visit. For example Lascaux Caves, Château de Castelnaud, Le Village du Bournat and the famous Jardins and Château de Marqueyssac. Less than 4 km away is the picturesque medieval village of Limeuil; also ideal for swimming or canoeing in the Dordogne river.
