At La Perle Noire, a sturgeon breeder, you will discover the world of caviar. During your visit, you will get an insight into the production process and see the basins where the sturgeons are farmed. The breeders explain how the fish are cared for and how they contribute to caviar production. The highlight is the tasting. And of course you taste this caviar as it should be: with a fresh glass of bubbles or a local wine and maybe some crispy toast or fresh blinis to go with it.
