Once through the gate of your holiday villa, a different world unfolds before your eyes. The country house, overgrown with wild vines, its beautiful courtyard and lovingly tended garden, give a romantic and peaceful character. It exudes a relaxed atmosphere like a warm bath, making you feel at home here immediately.

The interior of the parsonage also provides a familiar feeling of home. The colours, furniture and home accessories have been selected with an eye for detail to maintain and complement the property’s history. The traditional beamed ceilings, fireplace and wooden floors offer a rural atmosphere. The beautiful large kitchen has a stone floor, a fully equipped Chalon kitchen and an authentic exterior door with cast-iron fittings. Imagine cooking in this setting and enjoying a nice meal or a glass of wine with all the family or with friends!

Le Presbytère is a large holiday home with six bedrooms and four brand-new bathrooms on the first floor. The sitting rooms on the ground floor are very spacious and comfortably furnished. Table football, Wi-Fi and multimedia equipment such as a Wii console also offer plenty of entertainment.

Outside, a feeling of freedom and a beautiful view await. Stroll through the large, lushly grown garden, taste the sweet fruit, which can safely be picked, and look for the frogs in the pond. Those who enjoy relaxing and sunbathing can enjoy the sun loungers on the sun terrace around the heated private swimming pool. The covered veranda with complete outdoor kitchen, stone BBQ and original bread oven is the ideal place for a family dinner outdoors. While you prepare the side dishes and salads, the grill master can take care of lighting the coals, and the children can play freely. Playing around in the bushes or in the swimming pool, a game of catch on the large lawn, playing football, table tennis or darts… it’s all possible.

The mountain bikes provided are perfect for a day of cycling through the forested hills or to explore the charming town of Monflanquin. This is an old bastide village with winding streets and beautiful scenery. Here, you will find all the amenities you need, including a large supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bakeries. Our tip: don’t miss the traditional street market on Thursday mornings! Several excellent restaurants, many vineyards with wine tastings and the city of Bergerac, all reachable within an hour by car, are also highly recommended.
