This holiday home is a place where you’ll have complete privacy and can enjoy your well-deserved holiday undisturbed! You’ll find the truly beautifully situated estate of La Crouzette close to St. Cyprien, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Dordogne. A spacious villa with a beautiful heated pool and magnificent views, in the middle of a 30-hectare private property… need we say more?
We arrived via the impressively long driveway. We wondered where we were driving to. Finally, the tall trees gave way to another pretty picture: the mansion, with a wide view of the lush, green, hilly landscape behind it.
La Crouzette has a captivating, friendly atmosphere. Exposed stone walls, the ‘pierres apparentes’ typical of France; traditional roof tiles and wooden shutters, together with the surrounding terraces, palm trees and other plants, come together to form a harmonious whole. The estate has been in the possession of the same family for quite some time, and they devote a lot of care and attention to it. So, come in and explore the house! Walk along terracotta floors, past several fireplaces and various bathrooms and bedrooms, on through the cosy sitting room and through the French doors to the outside… what peace, and what a magnificent view! The decor is green as far as the eye can see. The sound of birds and the chirping of cicadas is the soundtrack to this experience. No noise, no traffic, no neighbours. A place reserved for you and your family, perhaps joined by grandparents, extended family or friends. In addition, the separate guest house is ideal for guests or children to have their own accommodation.
Do you enjoy dining together the French way? Then light the BBQ and come and sit comfortably at the long table under the overgrown canopy. Enjoy a tasty meal, refreshing drinks and socialising with your loved ones in this beautiful, romantic atmosphere. Meanwhile, the children can romp about in the garden, splash in the pool, play hide-and-seek in the bushes or kick a ball on the grass. Have a nice dinner on the sun terrace by the pool, or in the lounge area next to the fireplace, for a relaxing end to another wonderful holiday in the Dordogne!

Guesthouse
This is about 50m from the main house. It consists of 1 large room/ dormitory with fireplace, sitting area, music system and a few double bunk beds. Very suitable for young people. This guesthouse is located next to the petanque court.Outside

This property lies in the Périgord Noir; with Sarlat as its shining centre. It is a beatiful area with many tourist attractions. We have visited most of the Dordogne tips together with our children.
